易经文明研究院的研究团队由跨学科研究者组成，涵盖哲学、法学、历史学及文明研究等领域。本机构以学术委员会为核心，通过研究员体系与学术网络共同推进《周易》及其文明意义的系统性研究。 The research team of the I Ching Civilization Institute consists of interdisciplinary scholars in philosophy, law, history, and civilizational studies. The Institute is structured around an Academic Council, supported by a system of research fellows and a broader academic network.

学术委员会负责本机构的学术方向指导与研究框架审定，包括重大研究议题的设定与学术标准的把控。

The Academic Council provides intellectual guidance and oversees the Institute’s research framework, including the definition of major research agendas and academic standards.
